Coach Radcliffe: Head Varsity Coach
Coaching Background: Coach Radcliffe is entering her 10th season with the Hartland Eagles. Radcliffe is also an assistant coach at Cleary University in Howell, a coach for the Cyclones Lacrosse travel program, the Head Coach of the Hartland HS Field Hockey program and a Legacy Center FH/LAX coach. Radcliffe possesses Level III US Lacrosse Certification and is a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance. Radcliffe's CPR & First Aid Certifications are all current.
Prior to coaching at Hartland, Radcliffe spent 7 seasons as the varsity head coach at South Lyon High School. Radcliffe also spent time coaching for Champion Lacrosse and Michigan State University. Before relocating to Michigan in 2006, Radcliffe coached at Great Valley HS in PA. Radcliffe was also a camp counselor and an administrative assistant at United Sports Training Center. Radcliffe was named All League Coach of the Year in 2008, as well as the Ann Arbor News Coach of the Year in 2008 and 2009.
Playing Background: During her playing career she played for Division I Temple University. As a player, Radcliffe was named the Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Year in 2003. She was also named to the All-Championship Team, Academic All-Conference Team, Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team, Player of the Week 3 times and named Regional All-American as a senior.

Emily Santana: Junior Varsity Coach & Assistant Varsity Coach
Coaching Background: Prior to coming to Michigan, Emily coached for Ultimate Goal and Dynasty Elite in PA. Emily also began coaching with the Cyclones this fall.
Playing Background: Played two seasons (due to injury) at Division I lacrosse at Rutgers University in New Jersey. A four-year letter winner and starter on the Springfield Delco HS girls lacrosse team. In HS she was a two-time US Lacrosse All-American and 2014 Heather Lee Albert Award finalist. She was named first team All-Central League and first team All-Delco as a junior and senior. She compiled 295 goals, 121 assists and 240 draw controls in four seasons. She owns the school record for most assists and goals in a single-season. Also played four years of soccer, three years of track and a year of basketball.
Danie Durand (Porath): Varsity Assistant Coach
Coaching Background: In 2020 & 2021, Danie was the Hartland JV field hockey coach and Varsity assistant lacrosse coach. Danie has coached with the Cyclones since 2015.
Playing Background: Danie is a 2015 graduated of Hartland HS. Danie attended Slippery Rock University. She was a Two-time All-PSAC Honoree. She ranks 2nd in SRU history in caused turnovers. She ranks 9th in SRU history for minutes played, 10th in ground balls, 12th in games played and 14th in games started. While at Hartland, Danie was an All- KLAA and MWLCA All-State player. Danie also played field hockey and basketball.
